Garden Transformation

Date: August 2021
Location: Kidsgrove, Staffordshire
Project: Garden transformation
Description: Upon moving into their new property in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, the client inherited a challenging garden with a steep slope. Eager to transform the space, they envisioned a design accommodating a summer house, raised vegetable beds, and a patio. To address the slope, we implemented terraces using inverted sleepers. The top tier was designated for the summer house, the centre for vegetable beds, and the lower section for the patio. An inverted sleeper retaining wall was constructed at the bottom, doubling as a boundary and planting border. This offered both functionality and aesthetics.
