Garden Design and Transformations

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Gardencare’s owner, Ryan Pullin, will visit you at your property to discuss your requirements. He will survey the ground and surroundings, and ask about your lifestyle and how you wish to use your garden.

For example:

What time of day do you use the garden the most?

Is the garden North or South facing and where is the best light and shade?

Do you have children who need space to play?

Do you entertain a lot and need sitting areas for large amounts of people?

Do you wish to reveal/obstruct any views, for example, do you want privacy from neighbours?

Is there a particular style of garden you prefer, such as a tropical, oriental or traditional English theme?

Step 2: Garden Design

Gardencare will then produce a design based on the initial consultation. This will be a full technical drawing including ideas on the main structure of the garden, and hard landscaped areas, grassed areas and borders.

From this design, you will have the opportunity to make adjustments to the design as you see fit to make it completely bespoke and perfect for you and your lifestyle.

Step 3: Quotation

Once the final design is agreed, Gardencare will then go about pricing up the work. This will include all aspects including labour, materials, any specialist equipment requirement such as a mini diggers and skips, and plants including turf. You will not have to arrange any aspect of the work yourself, we will take care of everything.

Here you will have the opportunity to make any further amends to ensure the project fits your budget, or you can add extra features if the price comes in lower than expected.

Step 4: Project Completion

Once the quotation and design are agreed, work can commence on the project. We will always communicate with you at every step of the work, and Ryan will always be on hand to organise the project and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We will endeavour to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure minimal disruption to you. If the weather poses any complications or delays, we will communicate with you honestly and clearly throughout regarding any delays so that your expectations are managed.

A member of the team will always be available when any materials or equipment are delivered to your property so that you don’t have to to wait in at home for deliveries and can go about your day without disruption, confident that the work is being completed.
